Using the Video Maker

Writing a good video prompt, choosing length, and what to expect while it renders.

The Video Maker generates a short AI anime video clip -- a single continuous shot, not a multi-scene edit.

Writing a video prompt

Video prompts read best when they describe motion, not just a static scene -- what starts, what moves, what the camera does:

> "A samurai stands on a rooftop at sunset, slowly turns to face the camera, > cherry blossom petals drifting past. Camera pulls back to reveal the city."

The in-editor Prompt Tips panel has more examples for describing motion, camera moves, and mood.

Style and length

Pick a visual style (Anime, Manga, Shonen, Ghibli-esque, Cinematic,

Left-Fi, Action, Horror...) before generating -- it can't be changed after.

Length is 5, 10, or 15 seconds. Longer clips cost more tokens (shown

next to each option) and take proportionally longer to render.

While it's rendering

A video takes 2-4 minutes -- much longer than an image panel. You can safely close the tab or navigate away once it starts: the video keeps rendering on our servers, and reopening the Video Maker automatically resumes watching it and shows it as soon as it's done, even if you started it from a different tab.

If a video ever fails, any tokens you were charged are refunded automatically -- you'll see a toast confirming it, and don't need to request it.

After it's done

Play it back right in the editor. There's no separate publish/export flow for video yet beyond downloading the file from the player.
