Using the GIF Maker

Build a looping animated anime GIF frame by frame with Gootaku's AI GIF maker: frame prompts, timing, previewing the loop and exporting the GIF.

The GIF Maker builds a short looping animation out of individually generated frames -- think reaction GIFs, stickers, or a tiny animated scene.

Building a GIF

You start with 3 blank frames. Describe each one the way you'd describe a

comic panel -- what the character or scene looks like at that instant.

Pick an optional Emotion / Mood in the Frame tab (it's appended to

every frame's description) to keep the tone consistent across frames -- Happy, Sleepy, Excited, Shy and so on. You can also pick one Character for the whole loop (the same character in every frame).

Generate Frame for each frame (1 token each, usually a minute or two),

or Generate All to run every frame that has a description in one go -- including frames that already have art, which are regenerated.

Use Add Frame for more frames -- more frames means a smoother loop but

more tokens spent.

The Play button plays the frames back in your browser before exporting.

Playback settings

Frame Duration (Timing tab) -- how long each frame holds, in

milliseconds. Lower = faster animation.

Loop -- toggles whether the in-editor playback repeats or plays once.

Exporting

Export GIF stitches every frame with art into an animated GIF file and downloads it straight away (it needs at least one generated frame) -- no server round-trip, no extra token cost beyond what you already spent generating the frames.
