How many panels can I make with a token?

One panel per token. A typical short manga chapter takes 20-40 panels, so the Starter Pack covers 2-5 chapters depending on how perfectionist you are.

When do tokens expire?

Tokens you buy never expire — use them years from now if you want. Free monthly tokens reset on the 1st (they don't roll over).

Will I be charged again automatically?

No. We don't do subscriptions. You'll only ever pay when you actively choose to buy another pack.

What happens if a generation comes out bad?

If the AI fails (timeout, content blocked, server error) we automatically refund the token. You're only charged for successful images you actually keep.

Can I get a refund on a pack I bought?

If you haven't used any tokens from the pack, email hello@gootaku.com within 14 days and we'll refund you. Used tokens aren't refundable.

Do I own what I create?

Yes. Everything you make on Gootaku is yours. You can export it, publish it on other platforms, or sell it. We don't claim rights to your stories.
