Gootaku respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, send the following to dmca@gootaku.com:

1. Your physical or electronic signature (or an authorized agent's signature)
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. Identification of the infringing content on our platform (URL or specific description)
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same contact including: your signature, identification of removed content, statement of good faith belief the content was removed by mistake, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers

Gootaku will terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
